This 5-week course will give you a thorough grounding in the correct alignment in various yoga poses (asanas) and will prepare you in particular for a vinyasa (flow) class. If you've never done yoga before and have been too intimidated to join a class, or have done some yoga but want to understand how to do the poses correctly then this is the course for you! For the first four weeks we will go into depth into the main standing and seated poses and also learn how to link standing poses into a flow sequence. The final week is a full class.
