Inner Dance Workshop

Inner Dance is not only a dance of the body but a dance of the mind and heart. In a safe and sacred space, we use music and other sensory modalities including sounds, touch and smells to help you drop into a deep space of trust. It isn't like a meditation, but rather you allow your mind to flow and take you through layers of thought until you reach a space where you find your authentic self, where you become awake, and where healing can take place.
