Service Description
Yoga for children is is play-based and includes poses to increase strength, flexibility and coordination. Classes are intended to be fun and include age-appropriate games, animal sounds and creative names for poses. In an aerial class, all of this is combined with the fun of swinging in a hammock! This class is for our Little Bears (3-7 years).
