For qualified teachers and teacher trainees, this four-hour workshop, led by Rulene Moolman, will give you a thorough introduction into the fundamentals of prenatal alignment, whether you are teaching a private student, or if a pregnant women turns up unexpectedly to your class. You will learn the most appropriate modifications, contraindications and pranayama practices for each trimester.
