Service Description
A SoundScape session is a soothing meditative experience designed to settle the 3 known tensions – physical, mental and emotional. You are invited to lay down and are guided through a series of relaxation techniques to further ground and settle physically, which leads gracefully into the musical journey performed live. You can expect a restful neural experience ranging from a calm integrative alpha state to a deep dream-like theta state. Remaining open and present to the imagery and sensations associated with the live sounds and frequencies can help guide you on a dream-like journey, or it can be used as a tool to aid in shifting any physical or mental blockages. SoundScape is guided by Paul Boyter who plays a range of world instruments such as Hand-pan, Didgeridoo, Mono chord, Tibetan singing bowls and other percussive instruments.
